User Agreement

Parties

This agreement is made between Nevihost Internet and IT Services and the individual/company who registers on the website or purchases services. The parties accept and undertake the accuracy of the information they provide.

Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations related to the customer’s actions on the website, orders, and service usage. It is accepted that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

Responsibilities

Nevihost is obliged to provide the ordered service. The user accepts all responsibility regarding account information and service usage. In cases of service abuse, illegal activities, or breach of agreement, the service may be suspended or terminated.

Service Term

The agreement enters into force upon completion of the order and payment process and remains valid throughout the selected service period.

Pricing and Fees

Service fees are specified during the order process. VAT status may vary depending on the service. The customer is responsible for completing payment notifications in full.

Suspension

The service may be temporarily suspended in case of payment delay or breach of agreement.

Delivery and Refund Terms

Refund requests may be created within a specified period for hosting services. Services such as domains, licenses, and SSL are excluded from refunds.

Termination

In case of breach of agreement, Nevihost may terminate the agreement unilaterally. In case of termination, paid fees will not be refunded.

Communication

The parties accept their registered contact information as official notification addresses. Electronic notifications are considered valid.

Jurisdiction

Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
